Who is NexTrust?

NexTrust, Inc. owns and operates BillFlash Services (aka “BillFlash”).

Does BillFlash work with my billing application?

BillFlash currently supports over 200 software billing applications. We’re always adding more and should be able to handle yours if we don’t already.

Who is my BillFlash Reseller?

BillFlash Services are distributed through independent NexTrust BillFlash Resellers who best understand and support your billing application.

Who is my BillFlash Sales Executive?

Your BillFlash Reseller refer you to one of our highly skilled Sales Executives who will help you assess the fit of our services with your office.

How competitive are BillFlash fees?

Your BillFlash Reseller or Sales Executive will review all fees with you and show you how our innovative services  & competitive fees can create substantial value for your business.

How will I be billed?

NexTrust emails BillFlash invoices around the 5th of each month.

How can I pay my bill?

BillFlash accounts are conveniently set up on AutoPay from either your checking or card account. AutoPays are typically processed within one business day after your invoice has been emailed. You’ll set up your AutoPay account during enrollment.

What is a security deposit?

A security deposit is collected during enrollment that provides modest payment protection for the significant up-front printing & mailing costs we incur each new usage month before we then bill our customers in the following month.
